RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nu Aset Cosmetics. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that only unopened and unused products are eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
